Pay per session. No subscription.
Every peer sets their own rate. We take a flat 15% platform fee that covers vetting, trust & safety review, payments, and the chat infrastructure. That's the whole pricing model.
New peers
$20 – $35
Recent providers building their first reviews. Same orientation, same vetting — newer to the platform.
Established
$40 – $70
Most sessions land here. Peers with 20+ completed sessions and a stable rating.
Specialist
$80 – $120
Niche lived experience (founder failure, late transition, specific recovery paths) where supply is thin.
What's included in every session
- 60–90 minute private 1:1 chat (optional video)
- End-of-session reflection prompts for both sides
- Trust & safety review of every report, by a human, within 24h
- Refund if the provider no-shows or ends a session inside 10 minutes
Refunds
If a provider doesn't show up or the session ends within ten minutes for reasons outside your control, we refund automatically. Beyond that, support reviews case by case — you can open a request from the session page after it ends.
Sliding scale and access
We're building a peer-funded sliding-scale pool for seekers in financial hardship. For now, the lowest-cost listings start at $20. If cost is a barrier, email access@livedthrough.app and we'll match where we can.
